Tottenham Hotspur have completed the £23m signing of Paris Saint-Germain right-back Serge Aurier on a five-year contract.
The Ivory Coast international joined PSG in 2014, initially on loan, making 81 appearances and scoring five goals.
Aurier was temporarily suspended in March 2016 for insulting PSG coach Laurent Blanc and team-mate Angel di Maria.
The Spurs deal was held up while his work permit was finalised after complications related to the player receiving a suspended sentence for assaulting a police officer.
Aurier told the Spurs club website: "This is a huge and exciting opportunity at a massive football club and I am determined to prove myself as a professional both on and off the pitch.
"This is a fresh start for me and I will do everything to make the Spurs fanbase, which is huge and diverse, proud of me.
"The fans are the most important people at any club and I am looking forward to showing them and everyone at Spurs the real Serge Aurier.”
