West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce hopes Ravel Morrison can help his side upset Chelsea on Saturday.
West Ham have not won at home in the Premier League since beating Cardiff City on the opening day and are without a league win in four matches.
Morrison has excelled this year and has earned a place in the England Under-21 squad and is reportedly close to a full call-up.
"Ravel's blessed with talent," Allardyce told Sportinglife.com.
"We all know his ability has started to be applied in the right way.
"For me, there's still a massive room for improvement. There's still better to come. There's still more I demand.
"Hopefully that will continue to improve his development and help West Ham be a better team with better results in the near future."
