DEFENDERS James Collins and Danny Gabbidon are both back in training after weeks on the sidelines with groin injuries.
Collins came through his first full 90 minutes of football since December as Hammers reserves lost 2-0 to Aston Villa counterparts last week and turned out against Chelsea reserves on Tuesday, while Gabbidon has returned to full training.
Gabbidon said: "No one likes being injured, especially when we're not doing well. It's hard when the team isn't picking up points because you just want to be out there every week.
"Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks I can get back to helping the team out."
Collins believes he will be ready if called on to face Blackburn at the weekend.
He said: "I've had the operation and everything seems well.
"I want to try and play well and make something of what's left of the season.
"If I'm asked to play I'll be ready."
