West Ham will be optimistic of further progress in the Carabao Cup after being drawn at home to Macclesfield Town in the third round.
The Hammers, who came from behind to knock out AFC Wimbledon 3-1 on Tuesday, will entertain the lowest-ranked side remaining in the competition.
Macclesfield defeated Bradford City and Walsall to reach the last 32, with ties to be played in the week beginning September 24.
