Marko Arnautovic could be fit to face Liverpool on Monday after scans revealed the striker’s injury is not as bad as first feared.
The Austrian, who was making his first appearance since January 12, left Molineux on crutches and wearing a protective boot after landing awkwardly from an aerial challenge in the Hammers’ 3-0 defeat to Wolves on Tuesday night.
Scans revealed that the 29-year-old had only suffered bruising on his foot and, even if he does not return in time for the fixture against the Reds, he is likely to be available for the visit to Crystal Palace on Saturday, February 9.
