WEST Ham are set to test Everton's resolve with a renewed bid for Andy Johnson, according to reports this morning.
The Irons had a £15 million bid for the pacy 27-year-old turned down by the Toffess last summer.
But, despite Johnson's recent claims that he is happy at Goodison Park, the Guardian suggests that Hammers boss Alan Curbishley is ready to step up his efforts to lure the former Crystal Palace star back to London.
Johnson regularly had to settle for a place on the bench at Everton last season, but still managed to score ten goals.
