Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp says he is unlikely to move for West Ham midfielder Scott Parker.
Spurs made a bid for Parker, 30, last summer but Redknapp has insisted that a deal now would not make sense for the White Hart Lane club financially speaking.
The Hammers have said they are prepared to let Parker join a Premier League side on loan, but would demand a fee for his temporary services.
Their demands appear to have put off potential suitors Spurs and Chelsea, with Aston Villa now thought to be a likely destination for the England midfielder.
